1) We no longer give test accounts. We have given too many test accounts in the past. You can check the references by examining the subject. If you add skyp, you can ask any questions you have in mind.
2) We sell at least 10 accounts.
3) I recommend using amazon aws vps when logging into AdWords accounts. It is okay to log into all amazon accounts from USA ip address.
4) All of the German adwords accounts are very old and authoritative accounts. each has a 300 euro usable limit. You can publish all your ads with a nice and professional campaign.

They have very high approval rates. They are SO much better than buying fresh ones if you are going for more blackhat campaigns. I cannot really speak for whitehats as that isn't what I do.

I just made a purchase and delivery was in max 4hr from payment. I find it hard because I needed to change some money into BTC to make the purchase (the seller has only BTC). I will test and change the passwords and I will come back with a full review.

Everything is smooth and easy with the other ones. I just made a new purchase of 2 accounts since he opened retail order for JR VIP.

Account was old enough (2007) - Germany. After I added a Payment method it started almost instantly with around 10EUR / day ... Recommended seller, he delivers what he says.
P.S.: It will be better if he can give more payment options than only BTC - as Skrill for example
