Seriously: you ready for Coronavirus?

It's kind of funny and sad how everyone goes mad. I mean, even if you have prepared yourself if you are infected then you will be infected. the whole thing reminds me of the swine flu 2009.

And bird flu, foot and mouth disease, SARS, mad cow disease and fuck knows what else. Yet here we are, still here, still chatting shit...

You forgot Ebola and also the Mayan calendar of 2012. Wait, what?

Hi! I live in Rome.

Well, people here actually went into “PANIC MODE” few days ago, and they actually emptied a few supermarkets.

Whenever i hang out or do some groceries i see more and more people with a mask on (pretty much useless).

They have just found 3 infected people in my region, Lazio, and they are tracking their moves and tracking every people they had meet.

The actual mortality rate is not alarming, the most dangerous threat of this virus is it’s easy spreadability.

Most of the people here don’t actually give a damn, they still didn’t close any school in Rome and that says a lot.

The actual focus point of the virus right now is in the north, where most of the infected reside.

Anyway, it’s not so deadly, the mortality rate is low, but we HAVE to hope that this virus doesn’t change genetically.

If it change genetically, it will be much more difficult to find a vaccine but still, we’re in 2020, not in 1400.

Just keep yourself clean, wash your hand and sneed/cough in your inner elbow.

HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!

Doctor's advice about *CORONAVIRUS*:

1. It is pretty large in size (cell is about 400-500nm diameter), so any normal mask (not just the N95 feature) should be able to filter it out. However, when someone who's infected sneezes in front of you, it will take a great 3 meters (about 10 feet) before it drops to the ground and is no longer airborne.

2. When the virus drops on metal surface, it will live for at least 12 hours. So remember if you come in contact with any metal surface, wash your hands with soap thoroughly.

3. The virus can remain active on fabric for 6-12 hours. Normal laundry detergent should kill the virus. For winter clothing that does not require daily washing, you can put it out under the sun to kill the virus.

About the *SYMPTOMS* of the pneumonia caused by *CORONAVIRUS*:

1. It will first infect the throat, so the throat will have the dry sore throat feeling which will last for 3 to 4 days

2. Then the virus will blend into the nasal fluid and drips into the trachea and enter the lungs, causing pneumonia. This process will take 5 to 6 days.

3. With pneumonia, comes high fever and difficulty in breathing. The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind. You will feel like you are drowning in water. It's important to go seek immediate medical attention if you feel like this.

About *PREVENTION*:

1. The most common way of getting infected is by touching things in public, so you must wash your hands frequently. The virus can only live on your hands for 5-10 mins, but a lot can happen in those 5-10 mins (you can rub your eyes or pick your nose unwittingly).

2. *Aside from washing your hands frequently, you can gargle with Betadine Sore Throat Gargle to eliminate or minimize the germs while they are still in your throat (before dripping down to your lungs)*.

*Folks, take extra care and drink plenty of water.!*

I'm 99.9% sure financial crisis will be this year. Now I think what to short and nothing comes to my mind
Financial crisis started but it is not biggest drop so still waiting to invest

Wow! People here are so afraid of death which is inevitable anyway.

Does anyone live somewhere rural that I can stay for a couple months while this blows over?

UK & Rural... depends what you can offer!

Although if its going to spread we will end up getting it anyway. Don't think you need to panic or worry! Just have a wider view of what might happen and just be prepared, can be as simple as having a 3 week pantry in place so just 3 weeks of food i.e if you have pasta bake twice a week (buy 6 jars and pasta) and then expand on that as you need / can afford. I personally don't think water & power will go off, so I think buying water is a waste of time.

When stocking or prepping it's all the little things people tend to forget about toothpaste, toilet/kitchen roll, some cleaning products, little treats having a bit of jam for some bread can fix a sweet tooth craving if you have nothing else in.

Was hoping to see some gains in silver by now, but not seeing much despite the stock market dip... hope to see something and a chance to cash out or cash a little out :)

Looks like it's out of control.

Spreading like fire in Italy and USA

Why did USA allow a plane with 60+ people in it, some known contaminated(??) to simply go normally and "self quarantine"?? They should've been forced into special quarantine quarters immediately.

The virus can hide for 30 to 40 days. Yes, you read that right. The longest period now is 27 days confirmed but they're obviously withholding information from us.

The way this thing spreads is insane.

Almost as if it was a bioweapon.

In fact a perfect bioweapon has 3 conditions:

1 - It does not show symptoms for a long time so it can infect as many people as possible

2 - It does not kill quickly so it can infect as many people as possible

3 - It contaminates via air, touch and indirectly since the virus lives outside the body for weeks.

This shit really does look like the perfect bioweapon.

Are you ready for what's next?

Stock up on disinfectants, water, batteries and meds. You will NOT be able to buy things very soon.

In Italy supermarkets are getting emptied.

Get ready. Humankind is entering a new phase.

Coronavirus is just the best thing that ever happened to journalists, COVID-19 is just ONE coronavirus, coronavirus is a family of viruses like the one that causes a cold, or a flu, this one spreading this year is spreading just like any other flu does every year, it's just slightly worse, but it's just a normal flu, some people die from regular flu every year, and most of the people who died from covid19 were mostly elderly people or people who already had other health issues, meaning what basically happens is you're already almost dead, and this slightly stronger-than-average flu just finishes the job.

Nothing to be worried about really.

"Nothing to be worried about really."

You need to watch the actions and ignore the words of politicians, the WHO etc.

Do you really think China are going to shut down cities of 11 million people, shut down industry, build special hospitals - when at that point they were saying there were only 400 infected people with a disease they claim has a low mortality rate?

Do you think Iran would now be building a special hospital, or Italy would be shutting down towns and cities if this was nothing?

If it was just a very contagious flu or cold virus with low mortality rates they wouldn't be doing any of this, because doing this is going to cripple the economies of practically every country on the planet, put potentially millions of people out of work, and shut down tens of thousands of businesses.

All for a cold?

There's something else going on with this that they aren't telling us, otherwise they'd just let people get it, and in a couple of weeks they'd get better and that would be the end of that.

The fact they're going to these lengths means something very worrying is happening, and we're only going to find out what that is as events unfold.

You're more likely to win 10X your money playing the lottery than get coronavirus if you took no precautions.

Gov Cuomo confirms the first case of Corona Virus in NYC, a woman in the 30's who contract the virus in a recent trip to Iran, she's quarantine at home in Manhattan

This is the thought process I have had, as well.

It has reached to the US now. A woman died in Florida and trump says there are some positive cases.

Stock up on food, water, all necessary things.. Essentials.
Otherwise later you will be standing in a long queue.

It doesn't matter if your Country has a positive case of this virus yet or not.

STOCK UP!
