Yesterday i post 3 articles, and today i plan to write 5 articles.
my rangkings are increasing and here's the result

Rank #1 : 9 Main Keyword
Rank #2 : 4 Main Keywords
Rank #2 : 5 Main Keywords.

37 Of my articles are ranking on Page 1 google...



but i don't know why my traffic little bit down yesterday, maybe it is because the searcher are decreasing. hope today it can increase again

I think it because of weekend so not many visitors especially for government sites..do you have a tips how to increase adsense revenue..how many ads your put on your site? or you using auto ads?

i currently test ad placement, i think the most important thing is you should put your ad to the most focused part of article...and different article has different focus.


you can install heatmap like crazyegg, or user heat, after you install it for a while until the data is gathered, heat map will show you which part of article that is become the focus of the reader,

then after you find it out, just put your ad right below the point. different articles has different focus, so the ad placement is also different for every article



Good ad placement will improve the ctr,

and for the cpc, it is all about niche and keyword you target. i have test it and it is proven that niche and keyword are responsible for the high cpc.

and one other thing is. block ad that is far from relevant from your niche...

if you are in automotive niche, it will be weird if weight loss ad displayed in your website,... keeping your ad relevant also can improve the ctr. because the ad is relevant with user intent.

i use 4 manual ads and auto ad

yeah, I think you're right...I have high page views on my site but very low ctr, I think that because I puts ads in wrong place and wrong type of ads..
currently I try to put different type of ads like link ads so i can inject the ads on the article..I think that can improve my ctr

23 february, my traffic is not as high as 2 days ago.. i just found that i got other featured snippet that is not my main keyword.

it seems that i got more than 5 featured snippet in google, and may be it is the cause of decreasing ctr..,




i indeed target to get featured snippet. and i win them,....

the problem is, i get wrong featured snippet. some of my article are listing focused. but i win sentences featured snippet.

what i expect : winning listing snippet


the reality that i get sentences snippet


yeah, it gives me good information to be more careful when formatting text to target featured snippet

Next article :
target both sentences snippet and listing snippet. but for sentences snippet i must make it compelling so it will increase the ctr..
then whether i win listing or sentences, it still have good ctr

Lately i do a short website audit, and maybe this is one of the cause why my traffic decreasing...




1. The trend is going down,
it means decreasing google searcher, due to weekend or month end.



2. Over optimized internal link
lately i use plugin internal link manager to create internal link automaticly. and it ends up over optimizing keyword.


it is sunday right now. it seems that people who are searching gov related topic is decreasing. i hope tomorrow it will increase.

3. unknown backlink
i do link building, but there are some link that is not i build link to me, and when i visit the site, it is parked on godaddy. and i disavow it, but they are not disapearing form GSC. (it is the first time i use disavow, so i still not knowing how it works)

My plan today is to write 3-5 articles on my website, but there is something that still bother me... it is about traffic... i still worry about decrease of my traffic..

this worry drive me mad into analyzing the content, the optimization and any other thing, thus i forget to write more content publisher..

even thought writing more contents is the best way to increase the traffic...



maybe i should put histats into my "site blocker list" so it won't make me worry anymore and focus on the content creation.

my traffic, is going to normal again, alhamdulilah, so the fluctuation of traffic seems to be caused by search trend decreasing.

25 feb, i just check my ranking,, from 73 articles that i post, here are the ranking

rank #1 : 11 Main keyword
Rank #2 : 6 Main Keyword
Rank #3 : 6 Keyword
Rank #4 to #10 :17 Main keyword

Featured snippet : 5 main keyword

i got 42 of my article rank on page 1 google... it more than 50%.

pretty good..

i hope my new article is start to rank...

actually you can use semrush, but it is paid... i use it too, but the free stuff, it only shows like 5 or 10 result.

but if you have semrush or ahref, you can use their rank tracker to see wether you get the featured snippet or not

I don't know about non English countries, but high tier countries such as Australia, UK, US in the education/government niche has the highest payouts for Google Ads. So Google Ads may be a good monetary method for you.

Oh gosh... i failed to accomplish my february target to write 100 posts, i need to work harder... these weeks i had some family event so i can't work on this project...

My traffic is pretty plain these 12 days, i got no spike... maybe it because most of my articles are still new and the trend of searcher is decreasing during month ends.

i hope it will increase this early month.. , i MUST gain 2K PV /day by 15 march..
