This is the third account I have had in less than a year that when I didn't log into for maybe a month, it is requiring me to reset my password, yet the password reset gives a "Invalid PIN" error each time that I can not resolve, and am not getting any response to the 3 emails I sent to their support. It wouldn't be too irritating it if wasn't for the fact all 3 of the accounts have had a balance of $10-$20. So having to lose those funds each time to create a a new account, and has happened with my third account making me reset me password stating it has expired. I receive the password reset email and link redirect me to a page asking for a new password, but also asking for a "Reset PIN" that is auto populated with random numbers/letters I am guessing is a unique code generated by the email link. There was no option I recall to set a password reset pin, and have tried all possible pins I would have used.
Anyone else experience this? Am feeling like microworkers is closing accounts with balances that go inactive for a period of time to keep those funds..
