Facebook Groups Auto Poster That Works?

I have a few small/medium Facebook groups all on a specific niche but tied to different cities.

Basically by posting on other groups from the same geographic area, we get a really good boost in group joins, and also sign ups to my email list.

I used to post in these groups myself, once or twice per week, and then I farmed it out to a woman on fiverr who would do it for me, but as I take on more groups I'd like to know if there is a way to automate this process WITHOUT getting banned/flagged on FB. I've tried Pilot Poster and my account just gets flagged even if posting to groups once per day. It doesn't need to be heavy posting, in fact one post per day would probably be ok.

Any recommendations?

She doesn't get flagged, she uses her personal account and it's not a heavy amount of posting. Autoposter like pilotposter I get flagged within days

I run events, so I just say that to find out the time and place of the event they need to join the group - but it worked well before I thought of that, I think it's just a service that a lot of people want.

Ive faced the same issue most tools eventually trigger Facebooks filters You might want to try scheduling posts with Meta Business Suite if the groups are yours
