Restricted advertising access

Hi,
I got in the last 2 weeks many businesses with running campaigns the message:
"your advertising access is restricted".
Any idea what's going on?!

Hi I had the same issue, this happened recently when fb removed the verified badge pn the page when they intro in 2014, they recently removed the badge and they are getting business page to submit proof of company name and address.

I did manage to find a temporary solution,

1st. Create a new fb account or but 1.
2nd. Use your old fb account and add the new account as employee not admin of your business page.
3rd. Once your new account is already an employee of that business page, create a new business manager on your new fb account
4th. create another new fb account.
5th. use your business page, old fb account and add in your new fb account as admin.
6th. use your new account and remove your 1st old fb account as admin, it will also remove the business manager of the old account. This will make your new account as the bad fb account with all the disabled ad account & business manager.

With this you could still run ads for the business page using your 2nd fb account.

In total you would have 3 fb account, 1 old(original), 2nd new which u will move and make as staff and lastly the 3rd new account with the bad ad accounts and manager.

if you are following the rules and you got banned, chances are, it is their mistake. get in touch with the support team and go from there.
however, sometimes, it takes a little while to finally get an answer from fb (the fastes response was 2h for me).

otherwise, if you are starting from scratch, make sure everything is new. from personal profile, ads, page, lander, domain name, everything. in some cases, you also need to switch ips.
moreover, make sure your profile is "warmed up" with posts and new friends, so you do not experience an instant ban.

I wished i could start all new, but my business page have almost 100k real people and mostly are my customers

I solved my issue just by creating a new facebook user account. It was only my personal user account that was disabled from creating new ads. I connected the new one to same business manager and now using that to manage. I am using them on same IP even without problems.

How did you connect your new Fb to your old business manager?

This won't work - once you're suspended you can't add anyone as admin or employee to the business account

How did you do this? Since my main account is restricted and I am not able to add new users to the ad account. Please help!

You have to create a brand new facebook profile. For me it was not the only user on the business manager so I could just invite this new one via the users that was not restricted.

Then you have to create new account and warm it up a couple week before creating new business manager on it. I would use incognito, fresh email/cc and also a dedicated IP proxy service just to be on the safe side. Once the account is some months old can probably drop the proxy and incognito

Yeah, but I guess there is no way to connect with my old business manager? Already trying to do this with a family's account. Thanks for the support man.

Well, the only way would be if you can invite a new admin and they can connect themselves to the ad account, but not sure that's possible I never had the same problem. My first business manager got banned anyway so I was already using family member's business managers for next one so multiple users connected.

I think a good thing to do is never create ads / advertise with the same profile that owns the business manager, that way this could never happen.

Yes, tried a lot of ways but everytime I got the message you do not have rights to do this (because it is restricted). Yes, thanks for the advise.
