Do you plan to expand and make 10+ channels already on other topics, on delegation? Why go in cycles on one channel if it goes well?

Yup! My plan is to expand onto more channels however I need more monetized channels meaning more people whom I can trust.

Right now Im working to bring my one channel to 30k/ month, but there's no reason as to why i cant start another channel right now. I most certainly have the team. There's been people messaging me regarding JVs but I have a very perculiar process about choosing how I want to work with.

So think The Talko, Watch Mojo type style videos!:)

I honetly didn't have the chance to test it out. But the new YouTube channel i partnered with as already monetized. I deleted all the videos, and started at 1.5k subscribers. It was getting almost 0-30 views perday when i took over.

So i no longer work with Kim. I have him on reserve. Chris on the otherhand I found personally through person.

Right now im averaging 10-30k views perday. Again from only ONE video that seems to be taking off. The CPM on this video is $7 though which isn't bad also!
How old is your monetized YouTube account and where can I get it cheap?

Holy shit. Congratulations OP.
Your progress is amazing.

I'd suggest you add those $$ screenshots in your updates.

Don't know why but $ screenshots motivate me like crazy.

Why don't you get another adsense account and connect it to a new youtube, that way you get to keep all the money?

Was going to ask the same thing. Better still why not make one channel that covers all your most popular topics.

Question: are all your channels built from scratch or did you buy them?

Awesome jorney thread, man! Subscribing on it)
I'm sorry with your loss, my sincere condolences.

1) Did you think about reuploading your less viewed videos since you have much more subscribers to boost them?
2) What is the reason of uploading only 3 videos per week? Is it some strategic thing or just production time(costs) issue?

Who is kK and who is Chris???

Kk no longer works for me. Chris is my VO guy i met in person.

Good luck on your journey

THANK YOU

Channel was created in 2016, i didnt buy it. I partnerd with someone who had it.

Thanks a lot! will do that when the month of Feb is fully registered in revenue !

Why don't you get another adsense account and connect it to a new youtube, that way you get to keep all the money?

The account is linked to my own adsense account. I partned with the guy and came up with a deal. Im not gonna take all the money for myself haha.

Was going to ask the same thing. Better still why not make one channel that covers all your most popular topics.

I want to spread my channels and cover different niches.

I partnered with them :)

Thanks a lot for your respect kind sir.
1. I havent, its something ive never tested nefore.
2. It's part of the deal. I upload 3 times a week, my partner uploads 4. this posting 1 a day.

Incase anyone is wondering, how our JV works with my partner:
I get 80% of the revenue, he gets 20%.
I teach him everything I know along the process.
Im primary owner of the channel, and I also own the email as well as the YT account is linked to my adsense account.
He posts 4 times a week while I post 3 times a week.

Now a lot of you may be saying that I definitely got the better bargain, but the education and way I do things on YouTube is probabaly priceless. He's more than welcome to start his own channels with the knowledge im teaching him. Plus, 20% of 30k isnt too bad, riight?;)

Do you pay for all the video editing cost for your partner as well?

Wow.. That's hefty cost for your partner! Does he share the same video makers from your freelancer in order to produce the same consistency quality video?

We have different perspectives though us and you:

If it takes $100 to make a video but the return on it is potentially $5,000 it's well worth it.

In addition, Im teaching him everything that I know. The knowledge is well worth over how much he;s paying for the videos.

We each have our own separate teams creating the videos. I checked the quality of his work and it's even better than mine I'd say.

Different people may have different opinion, so that makes the world special! lol... It's long term investment.. Can I say YouTube seo that is playing the bigger part for viral video? What are the tricks?? ;)

Hi wengthemeng, I have been following your journey for weeks. It is really fascinating how much can be achieved on Youtube. I would also like to monetize youtube. Maybe you have a little step by step guide?. How do you organize the employees? I thank you in advance for your tips and advice.

UPDATE TIME:
To my surprise, I completely surpassed how much I was expecting to make this month.

At this point, I need to see what my channels new "lowest threshold $$" is after thsi viral video starts to die down...

I can't expect to be making less than $100 at this point just because my subscriber base is large and videos are getting so many views per day.

The Goals:
[x] Monetization enabled// Goal achieved by partnering with an individual.
[x] $100 per month // Goal achieved 2/15/20
[x] $1,000 per month// Goal achieved 2/23/20
[] $10,000 per month// In progress: reached 5.5k in February
[] $30,000 per month
[] Cover my parents' rent
[] Buy my brother a new iPad

The Plan:
Here's what im currently doing:
  • Im only uploading a video every 3 videos a week while my partner uploads 4.
  • Total videos uploaded since November: 23 videos
  • Lowest viewed video: 81 views
  • Highest viewed video: 1.6 MILLION views
  • I have 2 script writer who is a machine ($0.015/word)
  • I have 3 voiceover artists ($0.015/word)
  • I have 6 video editors ($6/ minute)
  • I have 1 project manager ($9/hour)
  • Thumbnails+ SEO done by me

The goal for March is to also have THREE videos go viral. A viral video usually makes $3k a month, then afterwards a few $100s per month. When I get 3 videos to go viral, I should break the $10k mark.

As always, i want to make this post a bit more valuable to you guys:
I seriously use to be that guy on BHW who would always envy how others were making their money. I stuck to something that i truly loved and was passionate about and for a year + I studied the ins and outs of knowing Youtube, what makes videos go viral, what makes videos engaging, and what makes other YouTube channels successful.

I wasn't afraid to test videos out and more importantly, I wasnt afraid to invest money even if that $100 I spent on a video creation ended up only getting 40 views the next morning.

Guys, in order to stand out on YouTube you need these 3 things:
1) SOLID research. Your research is your foundation and if you mess your foundation up, you're setting up your video for failure.
2) PATIENCE. What you're seeing now IS NOT an overnight success. Again, I spent a year+ studying YouTube and close to 3 months TESTING videos and investing my OWN money just to learn what works or not, which leads me to my third point.
3) TEST. I succeeded to some extent because I wasnt afraid to TEST video ideas. By testing video ideas I FACTUALLY get personal insight as to what works and what does not work. I dont have to ask anyone whether this video will work or not because Ive got the data to prove what works or not (this is channel specific).

Thanks to everyone whos been following. Ive been getting a lot of JV requests which have been super tough to go through so I apologize If I had not replied to you.

More importantly: this is for you pops.
