You have the liveoverflow channel on youtube will help you a lit to understand what is going on but look for his first videos

Hey one more questions i had about these is that which types of ctf will me out in real world scenarios like web vulnerability finding,for example binary exploition is for programs that are in your pc right like adobe illustrator etc so its used to find key etc.
but what about the web related ctf?

You can use it for bug bounty hunting, and for many other things..
web CTF's will teach you how to find those vulnerabilitys, i advice you to learn the top 10 OWASP, start with the challenges of root me in web client and server, then do some rooms on tryhackme, and when you know the basics and the concept of these vulnerabilities, how to find them etc... I suggest you to professionalize yourself on the portswigger labs, hackerone CTF, Hack the box machines, and do some CTF's on ctftime too. Good luck !
