Looking for residential proxy can target both US cities and ASN/ISP.
Already tried Luminati, too expensive and bad support service.
Any other recommendations? It would be better to pay as port and unlimited data.

One ASN have huge ranges of ips address for one ISP , can you tell us purpose use of proxies ?
you're requesting so high demand of proxies and thinking invest 10$ on proxies ? then you forget about that
you will get such high quality of proxies in 10$
