Payments have nothing to do with specific VPS downtimes - it can be from various reasons , CPU Overload - RAM overusage etc.
Please open a support ticket.

We have 47 pages on this thread. If you want more reviews you can wait until someone leaves one. :)

Cheers.

.

You offer KVM VPS with dedicated resource (memory) so it is a scam to blame a VPS customer for RAM overusage.

I expect you to explain yourself, with a minimum 500 word explanation. Anything less, and I will open a Shit List. I have also flagged my own post for a moderator/admin to review, because I am accusing you of lying.

So, your only choice is to explain yourself for blaming a KVM customer using too much RAM, in at least 500 words.

I will give you 48 hours before opening the Shit List.

^ I second this. You can't offer a VPS then fault a user for using too much system resources as if it was a shared plan. Isn't this the purpose of a VPS? To have your own portion of dedicated resources and cpu power to use as you please? Never heard of a VPS that limits you from using your own paid for plan.

Dont know if you are stupid or trolling.
Either-way, do you even have a service with us ? Dont spam this thread if you have not.

Let me put it in words that you can understand.
Lets take for example your home PC with lets say 8 gb ram and i7 CPU.
Does that means that you can run 10 softwares at once that are resources consuming ( that require for example min 16gb ram etc) without crashing ? Of course not.
If you overuse your PC to the MAX it will crash / turn off / restart etc.
It is the same with VPS - if you use 100% of your resources it will crash / shutdown - break.

Hope this clarify`s things.

I have been using the VPS for almost a week now. The connection keeps dropping or can't connect most of the time and sometimes the system shuts down on it's own. This is the by far the shittiest VPS I've used in my 10 years of IM journey. Please save your money and invest it in some other company.

So your offshore not going to taking down right? After the purchasing can I expand the slot size whenever I needed?

We have numerous customers that are running both Windows and Linux VPS`s without any issues.
If i recall correctly your VPS was restarting because of the licence which was solved. But If you plan to run tools like Massplaner or FollowLiker on a VPS with 1/2 GB of ram than it would crash yes.

You can read our TOS/AUP for what is allowed or you can open a support ticket directly on our website to ask what you can host.
And yes you can upgrade your service anytime you need it.

Cheers.
