Losing Followers? Why

I've been shadowbanned for like 14 days, and lost like 300 followers. I dont know why but I did. I gout out of that ban (i think I did) and i get like 40 followers a day, but I lose them.

Let's put it like this: At 10AM i have 22,150 followers. At 10PM I have 22,080 followers. WHY is that? Why is this happening?

NO i dont use any kind of bots to boost my account or anything.

I'm aware of that. But, why is this happening just when I got shadow banned and not before that? I would gain solid 50+ followers a day before I got shadow banned. After the ban has been lifted, whenever I gain followers at the end of the day i lose them

It's been like 5 days atleast since I got my ban lifted. And I post 3-4 times a day.

Dude I'm facing the SAME ISSUE WITH YOU! I've got 24k followers right now. I don't know clearly if i've got shadowban, very few people see my posts from hashtags. Older I was getting 2k per week, now 800-1000... And it's getting decreased...

I said this 2 times already but I'll say it again. Okay, so, i know that people do follow/unfollow, but before I got shadowbanned, I wouldn't lose followers at all. I'd never be in minus with them, like I am right now. Okay, some accounts are getting banned, sure.. But why do I lose like 40-80 followers a day? Does this mean that I like a year I'll have 0 followers?

I know. I didn't know that I was shadow banned for some time. I did get like 1000-2000 likes per posts, but when I saw that I've dropped from 22.250 to 22.100 in like 4 days I was shocked. My hashtag reach was like 200-300 people MAX...

Last post: out of 3,154 accounts reached (33% weren't following me), hashtags- 2,130.

Post before that 4,724 accounst reached (1% weren't following me), hashtags - 5 (what the actual fuck haha)

Post before that: 27,590 accounts reached (87% weren't following me), hashtags - 28,106

have no fucking clue, its just instagram beig bad as usual. People say don't post for 2 weeks, don't use hashtags, use different ones.. I've been shadowbanned 5 times on this account. And for that time that I was shadowbanned, I would post 3 times a day and till this day i'm using same hashtags (march 5th will be exactly one year since I have the account) and since then, I'm using the same hashtags

honestly, i don't think so. I wrote above that I did and how I got out of it for like 5 times atleast. I asked the same question 2 weeks ago and I've seen a lot of people having the same issue, so I'd just say its Instagram being absolute shit for the past couple of weeks/months

I've been making countless tests about hashtags in the last years.
Instagram is definitely changing.

On some accounts, I've used the same set of hashtags for several months without a single problem.
In the last month, after about ten days of using the same hashtags, two of my accounts got shadowbanned. After I changed hashtags in the next posts, the hashtag reach returned normal after about 2-3 posts.

Every situation is different but I hope it can help!

Okay, so let me just say something. My account is (thank God) is now gaining followers and I'm getting avg ~30k reaches per post (with 75%+ people who don't follow me)

Yes. This is kinda true. But that's not the problem I had. I run this page since 5th March of 2019, and I've been posting 3 days a day (3-4hrs delay between each post) and I'm using same hashtags for a year now. In this period I've only been shadowbaneed twice. First one was like 6 months ago and now.

6 Months ago, had the same issue, but I've only lost like ~50ish people for 14 days, and after that, my page was once again raising. Now that this has happened, I knew I was shadowbanned but how the fuck can I lose over 250 followers in 14 days? Does one guy own all of those accounts, so he was like "i'm just gonna unfollow him x250 times". I don't car that I lost 250 followers in 14 days, but that this thing should not be happening after 14 days, but there, even after 3 and a half weeks I was loosing engagements and followers. And that's the thing that annoys me the most. WHY THE FUCK IS THIS HAPPENING?

I'd just like to point out that my account is fine now. I gained a lot of followers and my engagement and reach is back where it should be.

EDIT: Forgot to add. That night when I saw I was shadow banned, I lost like 20 followers in an hour.

I have these problems daily. No one can tell you an exact answer, because all the pages differ from each other. I have 4 pages that I manage every day, and in the biggest one 100k+ I'm losing thousands of followers ( plus it's verified account ). I barely can get to 500 reach with hashtags for 1 year now. My opinion is that you go with the flow and don't take it with panic, just try to post viral content and things will be in your advantage. The more you think negative about it, it will reflect.
