In case you did not know, free members cannot apply for freelance or any other kind of job here. It's not about pseudo status, but about protecting those who paid for the status. If a non paid member received the same features, don't you think it will be pointless to upgrade?

Nobody's claiming that Jr VIP is a quality guarantee. However, the rules are in place to protect our members. If there's a dispute on anything, then a Jr VIP member has invested time and money into being able to sell with their account, so during mediation between members we have some leverage on their paid account - this means the buyer is more likely to get a refund.

As for members that come on the forum, don't bother reading the rules and try to sell outside the marketplace - well, they're clearly not worried about the forum or the members. Also, if you give them money and they disappear, we can't do anything about it in the shitlist forum and the chances are that they'll just re-register a few days later.

@roman1990 - I can see you replied to cksum. Please be aware that any trade between you is against our rules. If anything goes wrong, the mods can't help you and you may lose your money.

Selling outside the marketplace is against the rules. I'm not implying you're a scammer, I'm explaining why those rules are in place and why it's not wise to buy from members that don't have Jr VIP and are still selling in contravention of the rules. In these cases, IF the service isn't delivered properly, then the buyer has no recourse to get this sorted out. Hence the rules.

Other people told you about these rules and you didn't listen. I didn't call you a scammer. I just explained to the buyer what risks are involved in buying a service from you against the rules. But yes, we can stop the discussion and I'll close the thread now.
