Which metrics is better to evaluate website Moz (DA | PA) or Ahrefs (DR | UR))

All the metrics can be easily manipulated but Ahrefs UR/DR is much better than DA by Moz.

Ahrefs any day for domains Moz doesn’t even come close to Ahrefs

but people often determine the site value with DA & PAThanks mate, I almost spit my coffee laughingI mean Moz is so behind, that is not even a competition.

Yeah, two reasons for that:
1. Inertia - Moz is older tool and many people doesnt know better.
2. Ahrefs are kinda assholes when come to using their metrics - as their API is very expensive and they forbid tools like domcop, expireddomains etc to use their DR - its pain in the ass to get a DR for 10k websites. Moz on the other hands give their API for metrics even for free trial accounts (which last a month). If you google "bulk DA" there are plenty of tools, but for DR - 0.

Ahrefs metrics are more difficult to manipulate these days, Moz is slowly taking a back seat now.

So people considering DA because of its free availability. If Ahrefs DR available for free means people will use Ahrefs.

For sure if Ahrefs metrics was easily available, more people would use it. But the other reason is maybe even more important - if most people are using DA, its kinda hard to switch over to other metrics.
For example lets say you are selling guest posts. You know that Ahrefs is better tool with better metrics. You send your list to potential buyer with DR included, and he asks you "whats the DA?". Now you can start explaining him that DR is better or just add DA to your list. What do you think most of the sellers do?

You are better looking at actual Traffic and RD's to evaluate the value of a website. There are BSTs on BHW and gigs on Fiverr which boost your DR/UR - DA/PA - TF/CF to whatever metrics you want, it does not mean that the domain is of any more value. The actual traffic and quality of the referring domains is the only true metric you can use in my opinion.

My suggestion is Ahrefs. It gives a faster and an accurate website analysis report.

Because most people are lazzy, cheap dumbass sheeps, sorry to be harsh here, but they have been told many times that DA is the most shitty metric out here (as it is child's play to manipulate) so everytime is see someone bitching their PBN doesn't work or their expired domain don't rank i laugh and laugh and have a drink
