IPv6 proxies are also dedicated proxies and not shared with anyone, however IPv6 are the newer version of internet protocol.

Is it true that if Facebook bans one IPv6 then it's entire block gets banned?

Nobody knows the exact security measures of Facebook, however this cannot be true as not all IPv6 addresses being used are proxies and if FB keeps banning the whole block based on one bad IP then this may result in lots of unnecessary bans.
