3. Once an account is made from one location, this is not something you can 'change'.

5. I only have access one-time to the phone numbers, so you'll have to use another number of your own, for a new verify.

9. Yes, using different browser profiles for multiple accounts is recommended. Also you must have a plugin to switch IP's between accounts, like foxyproxy.
10. I don't provide cookies, but my accounts login with light verifies, like email verification or confirming the current account data.
