I have an adsense account approved. I closed that website and now connected a new site. Adsense is trying to review that again. I think its the 2nd review stage. Is that reviewed by human being or robot? since I already have an adsense dashboard etc.

I tried downloading youtube videos transcript as articles, got rejected. Tried, using old geocities articles and old website from waybackmachine. still rejected.

what are uniques ways to get that approved. I thought it was a robot reviewing that. I can write BS articles on my own to get approved but don't want to be waste of time, if rejected again.

Each domain or site to be added to adsense must be approved first. So it is using the same rules when you apply new adsense account. Fresh and good quality content that added value to reader.

today my Adsense got denied. No reason gives. At first, it was policy violation, I fixed it, then valued inventory, I fixed that too. Now, just standard email

You might need to change your content..remove current article and post most helpful article such as guide, tutorial, tips or etc. Once approved, you can continue with your content

content is good. My own unique. Otherwise they would have said copyright material etc

All new domains would be going through the approval process.
I don't think that getting articles from wayback machine is a good idea, youtube video transcripts perhaps not the best articles...try re-writing them or hiring someone to do that for you.

And do you have privacy/tos/about us pages?

no, I wrote my own articles. Those way back machine & YouTube didn’t help got me rejection so I removed those

I am having quite same issues, scrapped content of which I wrote my self, even if some quote are found in other website, but there are added value to mine
