At first get a payoneer account. Then Ask one of your friends ( From 1st world country ) to create the account for you. Then ask him to put you as an admin. Good luck
 
I tried ETSY on selling printed t-shrirts & hoodies of few different niches.

The beauty of this site is no need of pay for traffic.

If I sell POD or digital products from my country India that would remove all hassle cause Indian PayPal is supported with etsy but do buyers buy outside US

But listing cost you money. It is NOT free. Free traffic doesn't mean will convert to sales. Unless your traffic is come somewhere else.

You can use someone's link to get 40 listing and he will get 40 too
 
I have had copyright issues on Etsy.

There are people on there who check for brand infringements and there are people who will report you.
 
Copyrights is a major issue with Etsy and cannot be ignored. You may sell well initially but when you are caught, your account will be Banned for life and you cannot work from the same I.P. Address anymore.

That's right But You have to figure out yourself what niches are safe by research.

Yep But What I mean by copyrights here not " Harry potter shirt or famous series like this". I mean famous quotes and designs that don't include photos
