Is reviews exchange possible?

Is it actually possible for the Black Hat SEO world? Or is it a huge risk? I need some reviews for my new business. I would be happy to do some reviews exchange as I know how difficult it is for new businesses to gain clients. On the other side, it sounds really risky...would you go for it? I spend a lot of time thinking about it...maybe I should have spent it on finding clients, haha. What is your idea?

I dont know if bhw allows it. But if not, checkout facebook groups. There are lots of groups out there. Good luck.
