Some Questions Regarding Admob

I have some questions about Admob :

- My last Admob account has been terminated, can I open a new one in the same computer and with the same internet connection? Or do I need to format it first ?

- Can I put the new account's ads on the same apps that were linked to the terminated account?

No, it will be terminated again. Legally, due to their TOS, you're not allowed to open another account.
Sure, you can try to open it on new name (not your relatives, but company for example), from different IP, etc., but don't use it on the same apps like before. Make sure not to connect it with not even 1 thing with previous account, because they will terminate also this one.

Have you tried with appeal? I was terminated for more than 3 years, but appealed successfully and got account back after 3 years.

I tried it, didn't change anything. But now i'm surprised you managed to get yours back. How did you do that?

So far as I know, very small percentage of people get their account reinstated, so I am really lucky one.

I've appealed more than 20 times for sure... without success. Then I took my time and I was thinking what actually went wrong and why they disabled my account, realized it was completely my fault, prepared everything I knew about it, included logs and everything I had, went completely out of this business and started with new one, also told them about my future plans, then appealed and succeed.

Ofcourse I didn't get paid for money earned in that period, but I am more than happy to be back in the game. After that CTR, RPM and everything else were horrible, but I didn't quit and things are normalizing right now.

Congrats for getting it back.
Personally, I think I will look for a way to open a new one because I know the appeal won't help and Admob doesn't give a damn. They reply with the same emails over and over again.

You new account will be associated with your previous account and most probably will get banned

If these apps are in GooglePlay and comply with Google policies - it should be fine
