While ranking my own personal business I'm realizing the RnR opportunity in my local market.

However this requires me to verify multiple business' . Problem is I only have one home LOL.

Can I verify more than one business at the same address? Will this create conflict?

Thank you BHW you are the best.

No, You can't create more than one GMB's on the same address. If you do so after sometime Google will remove your GMB's.

They won't let you verify more than one on the same location.

in India ... one of my client registered its GMB on same location which is a Business Incubating/Coworking place and from same place like 4-5 other companies registered their own GMB too ... so i think the coworking type places might work but you should check.

How do you guys go about ranking sites for local RnR ? GMB has a pretty massive impact. How do I climb the serp without it?

Hey guys just a shameless bump here. I have a great niche picked out and im about to purchase the domain and start ranking. I'm just curious how I get the GMB registered for the business before I actually sell it to a real business/address . Do I just put up a fake address/location to get it verified (obviously an address I have access to ) and build it up then change locations?

Thanks BHW

Well someone already said no, but there is still room for a solution to my problem i'm sure many people run into this.

thanks for the response anyway :D

What if my company is in a building with 100 offices which serve to 100 companies?

#1 Office - Building Company Limited
#2 Office - Plumbers LTD
...
#100 Office - BlackHatWorld Company LLC

Asking for a friend. :)

Yes if a building has many offices it is possible. In that case address will be different(as office number will be unique).
But @CooCooCachooo is asking for same address.

Well Let me rephrase my new question;

Do I use a fake address to verify the local business while I rank it, then sell it and verify the address in a new location?

Or do I rank the website without GMB and wait to verify.

That would be different addresses, same could happen if a parcel gets split for any reason. You could have "Lemon street 23" and "Lemon street 23 B"

I'd go for the real location if possible.

Yes for multi office building. Use a close variant of your real business name in case they want to verify through documents. You can always doctor it. Hey, it’s a black hat site.

I have a client with several different company names, but with the same number and address. We've been doing this for years and it has not been taken down. In fact, he even has a few competitors listed at the same address (boat marina), and they don't care. The naysayers may not have the first-hand experience.

Are you doing phone verification or postcard?

Yes, you can't verify multiple GMB's on a single address. For each GMB you need one particular address.

If there are multiple units then yes, like an apartment complex or something.

No, you can't verify multiple GMB's on a single address. Each GMB page need unique address and phone number.
