VIDEO UPLOAD QUESTION

Hi Guys

EDIT: Seems I made a boo boo posting here...sorry. New to this

So my question is this: people say to upload your videos to many video sites for backlinks and exposure purposes. All fair and well.

What has stopped me in the past is this:

I upload a video to Youtube - Title, description, all SEO`d etc.

NOW - do I use the exact for all the other sites, or do I change everything before upload?

And, if ok to use same - reasoning why? [I would think that google would see duplication going nuts here...]

I have read conflicting "advice" from a few sources.

This is a good way to get the links and exposure but I don`t want to bugger my chances by doing the wrong thing.

[AND of course spending and wasting all that time.]

How many videos?
Are all the unique?
I do not know what other sites you are talking about but you alwys need unique content to get indexed by G!
