So basically I want to start an SMM Panel, my questions are:

1. If I already installed it to my web host and someone orders, how can they get the service (fb followers, tweets, views etc)?
2. Should I find someone who can provide those service or the SMM Panel script will do that on his own as long a customer add funds and pay for it?
3. Is it safe to install on our common webhosting like HostGator?

First Of thing its good that you thinking to open new smm panel congrats for this step but keep in your mind the competition is so high , and you will need
hundreds to thousands $ for your project to stay alive .

1) All SMM Panels connected to each other through apis , orders come boom api working . No one ever know from where this orders getting start or who is the provider for this services , just search for cheap services and (working) to add it to your panel .
2) All SMM Panel the API build-ed in , no need for any other action required .
