2 Adwords account the same card

Hi,

1. I have fresh adwords account(1 month old). 100% white hat website, no cloacking.
- target market: Germany
- currency EURO,
- payment method: debit card
- threshold limit (500euros) - 6 positive automatic payments

2. I want create one more account (using the same email, the same company, billing data etc), but:
- I want set billing currency as USD.
- Target market: USA
- payment method: debit card

2A .Can I do this?
2B. Can I use the same debit card?
2C. Can I use different debit card?
2D. Can I use different debit card with different billing address/card holder?
2E. Any advices?

I have an MCC account (Europe) and I can confirm I can create new accounts in any country using the same card and billing zip no probs.
I haven't tried adding new card with new billing tho, but I don't see why it shouldn't work.
Now, I understand you have a standard account, but in my opinion, it shouldn't be an issue. People run multiple businesses all the time, so...

2A. No, you cannot do this as Currency can be set only once, different currency cannot be used.
2B No, you cannot use same debit card as the account can be marked under suspicious billing by adwords.
2C Yes, you can use different debit card for different account.
2D Yes.

2E Best remedy for you is to create a MCC account, where you can monitor many accounts at one place under one email id.

Different currency can be set only one time for each account ID. I want add new adwords account and I want set different currency for 2nd account.
So in short:
- 1st account with EURO currency for germany market was linked with EUR debit card
- and 2nd account with USD currency for US market will be link with USD debit card

Are you sure that this operation is forbidden?

U can do it on MCC account (add country and currency) and if u know what u r doing and have experience. But since u asked those questions i definitely suggest to keep those accounts separated with different billings and locations.

In short, using MCC account, can I create 2nd account for the same company(name, address), the same billing address, different currency and different card number as payment method? Of course domain is different, content on the website is the same but different language.
Will it be more safe than 2 account without MCC?

As far as my knowledge is i am correct..... that is why i suggested you to go for MCC account.... MCC accounts are used for multiple accounts under one roof.... but one needs to be watchful while using MCC account regarding managing of account.

Using 2 accounts is actually unsafe, you can risk both your accounts without any reason.... handling MCC requires skills...as a newbie things can get messed up. Anyways i can feel your concern...if you require any help in learning about adwords and MCC you can get in touch.

My account is threshold account ( Germany) and my account is live for many day before Crete campaign, but when I create first dummy campaigns always suspend, why ? Thanks in advance.

Live usually means u have campaign live.

Here is your correct answer.
As you said you want to use same email.
So your card will be automatically same and your billing info and currency also will be same.
Even if you will charge card in one account then it will automatically change in other account too.
I am using 5 accounts in single email -
Same billing address, same card.
