Link Building Strategy for Google Page 2 Keywords

I have around 50 keywords in Page 2 of Google. Keywords difficulty is not very high.

So, what should be the best strategy to rank those keywords in Top 10.

And for BACKLINKING, what should be the correct strategy?

Can this guarantee ranking a blog for low competiton and a search volume of 5k/month?

no I meant if he’s trying to rank a parasite then he can use those $1 pbns.

no one can guarantee rankings.

Have you ranked in page2 by only doing the on page SEO work.
Have you increased your ranking by step by step process OR with your content itself have you reached the position.

If your site ranked on 2nd page with out any backlinks means definitely you will be ranked on first page by pointing few guest post and social media links.

I will not recommend pbn for fresh website. You can go with PBN after few months if you haven't ranked on first page with the use of social media and guest posts.
