IMO I'd say it needs some kerning adjustments, font should be a bit more bold, and I'd drop the "pupils" in the gender symbols -- not feeling those.

I wanted to design something unique, that would make it too obvious.

The idea is great
I don't like the U and P ...
and it'll be great in my view if you connect the the double O with each other instead of connecting the second O with K.

These are actually Gender colors, pink represent females and blue represent males!

I got that, but didn’t get why the letters were coloured in that way.

No that would look too stuffed, maybe experiment with other colours as I think that the gender symbols already put the message across.
