PayPal limitations urgent help

Hello BHW,
I have Lesotho Paypal account limited and required some documents to submit before my account will be lifted. I use my country IP and phone number as a Nigeria to open Lesotho paypal. I have almost $300 in the account. Please if any good guidance that can help me withdraw my fund and is my first time to withdraw. Thanks!

I always send a picture. Never any problem.

Paypal is limiting accounts that have USERS on Paypal USA account and asking for their US ID's. Absurd.
2 weeks and counting. Slow as .... for them to address these issues.
Limiting to the extent - that clients can not even pay.
