I have visited Morocco (Marrakech, Casablanca, and Fes) back in 2017 for business purpose.
I found a business that can be done there. It is still an untouched niche in Morocco with a lot of potentials.

I had to quit the idea due to bureaucracies and bribes on the country.

It is regarding the Professional Hygiene niche. Products for Hotels, Restaurants and Coffe shops.
Hygiene is something that has a lot of shortcomings. A lot of things are missing.

Get hold on a house in nice location and change it to a hostel. Advantage is much less investment needed compared to a classic hotel but profits can be quite nice by selling single beds in dorm rooms. Offer the beds on booklng.com. After corona panic people will start travelling again..
