From what I've been seeing in some FB groups. RPM has dropped because FB is rolling out a new design. It is in beta at the moment and only a small percentage of people have the new FB. Apparently, ads are being shown to people with new FB, but only very limited to people still on the old one. In six weeks the new FB will be live, and people seem confident that RPM will go back to normal then. Fingers crossed.
