I'm blind, 100%, so my eyes never see. I use the computer with a voice-speaking screen reader program: Jaws Screen Reader
I cannot open a Hotmail account, it is necessary to verify the picture, I cannot decode the security. There is an audio listening option but I can't understand those sounds, it's very complicated.
