Where to find cheap workers?

Hi

So I want to work with a team of workers from the Phillipines, or India to help me make Twitter developer accounts. Its nothing extensive or crazy, all you need to have is internet and a computer. I'll provide the Twitter accounts, and they just need to login, fill out the dev application, and wait for Twitter to approve the account. I'm paying based on each account (since you can finish an application in 3-5 minutes and so hourly won't make sense). For every account that gets dev access, I'll pay $1-$1.5. I need 500 accounts.

Where can I hire people to do this for me? Are there ay good sites for this

You can use external job platforms or you can post a HAF on here which will stop members getting warnings for selling outside of the marketplace.

Do you know any good job platforms? Haven't used many of them in the past so don't know any good ones

Freelancer.com should be a good one. Fiverr as well but I use freelancer.com as it has fewer fees. Another option is onlinejobs.ph but you should pay 60$ I believe in order to hire someone.
