Creating multiple PayPal's with a new bank and new ID ?

Question:

I dont remember exactly what PayPal requires from you to open a new accounts, I know they ask bank details and ID scan so there is no problem with that as I already have a business account created many years back.

What i was thinking to do is to create multiple paypal business accounts: Using different ID and bank each time but all for the same person.

I'm European so I dont remember if PayPal just wants my document number or they want also my national ID code - but with the document scan they obviously get both.

So I was thinking to create myself 5-6 business accounts with fresh IDs and banks each time as there can be many people with the same name, but are they collecting personal code from European users or not? this is something I cannot change with each passport renewal..

(Personal ID code is equivalent of social security number in US)

I dont think you would have any problem, just make sure they are on different ip's
