I copy-pasted the article from my site to another less authority site with a link pointing to my post. The results?

The other article ranks higher than the original on my website. I don't know should I cry or laugh...

Well the other page links to an authority site so obvioulsy it should rank higher...

The other page links to my page and has less authority than my page cuz i have lots of backlinks to this page but unfortunately the other page with duplicate content ranks higher than mine.

Also the other site has nothing to do with my niche. It's not normal to rank higher than my article that is unique and niche relevant.

His authority is 18 and mine 29. Also his site is not related to mine only the article is related to my niche. I think you can rank duplicate content pretty well no matter what people say here and there.
