Are you referring to the hosting ? If so than you can use our hosting for your website where you embed links ( no files should be hosted on the Shared Hosting packages ).

@ritten79 thats a good question, @virtualpurity we know OffshoreServers are dmca ignore for hosting. but what about domain ?, i just want to know is their like dmca ignore for domain ? what benefit if we transfert our domain for exemple from godaddy to offshore-server ? and what if company try to takedown my domain (not hosting), like what happen to OPENLOAD, which is owned now by ACE. and last question if we transfered our domain from godaddy for ex to ur service, what gonna happen if one day u shutdown ur service (even if know it not gonna happen but just question), are we going to loose/control of our domain ?

To put it in short - NO. All TOP Level domain providers ( .com, .org, .net ) are under the same roof so it does not really matter if your domain is with Namecheap , GoDaddy or with us. If there is a takedown notice it will be taken down.
That is why most people look for other alternatives like .to/.io/.ws/.in/.pw/ etc which are more less restrictive.
We do not currently offer these LTD`s but we plan to do so in the future.

Also @alexkapor2017, domains are independent from the website / and hosting service.
They can not be lost / worst case scenario you can transfer them away if we ever stop providing a service ( which will not happen ).
