I know how to monetize traffic it's not wasting time, already done that before,but now i can't find a way to upload video.

Maybe he just modifies the video to make it unique with ffmpeg, as you can do with images. Use a filter that make the image a little bit convex (not perceptible by a human eye but enough to make it unique for an algorithm)
For the audio just add another audio on the top of original audio, at a weak level so the mix seems to be a new audio for the algorithm but not perceptible for human ears. Also do this with ffmpeg, 5 seconds job.
All this stuff can be found with a stackoverflow search

It didn't work for me.
Even with a visible image in front of the whole video and a loud music in background.
Youtube blocked the video due copyright.

Believe me bro u dont waste your time i have a channel with animme episode that brings more than 300$ a day
but after a month or 2 max the chanel get terminated not because of copyright or anything else
just some losers repoorting your videos
and for kids policy there's no such a thing in my Ytb Analystics only adult watching theses videos.... so no prob about that.

He uploads full episodes of anime (Boruto for now) with full screen and original audio and doesn't get claims from TV Tokyo. I tried to reupload his videos and always get claims from TV Tokyo lol. He probably uses some tricks with YT editor. Since all his videos have exactly 33 sec of gray background in the end. Any ideas?
Well, it seems that "the magic formula" didn't work anymore because this user's YT account was closed.

I've always wondered what happens to people who do this. I mean, once you get your account closed you are completely fucked, you can't open a new channel or do anything again. I guess the adsense account linked to the youtube channel will also be blacklisted, so there is no way you will ever be able to be monetized again.

That's not so easy. As I said, once your channel is terminated by youtube you can't just create another one unless you use a completely different account. And then, as I said, your adsense account will probably be blacklisted, so you'd need to use a new one, and getting a new adsense account is a long process, you can't just open one in a day, and you'd need to use a completely new identity, new bank account, wait for your pin number to arrive to the new address you will be using...

Maybe both. Google, YT, adsense, FB, TW, IG, etc, have eyes everywhere and much more in this kind of forums when people share different tips and tricks to go against the TOS of many websites.
