I have used your shared service for 3 years and the price was $15 for 6 months plan instead of $60 (with a 75% BHW discount). However on this billing cycle I am charged full $60 for some reason. Also there is a VAT tax added, however I am not located in EU or any other VAT tax jurisdiction.

While I realize that 75% discount might be too generous, are there other discounts for the service? Paying full price for running one simple WP site is too much for the time being. However I was happy with Ninja hosting and would stay your client for way longer than last 3 years.

Why not just hand over the BHW account?

Often a seller on the BHW marketplace will be providing more than 1 brand or service on BHW. When they sell their service, the buyer only purchases one of their services or brands so the marketplace services need to be split between 2 accounts. 2. We then put the new owner of the thread through the same marketplace review they would run through if they were fresh into the marketplace.
