Strange URL redirection

I have come across some really strange URLs that redirect to working URLS
For example
https://www.example.com草本輕柔防曬乳霜-+++-116900.html
Which redirects to https://www.example.com/%C3%8B%C3%A7%C3%A2%C3%8A%C3%BA%C2%A8%C3%8B%C2%BA%C3%AF%C3%8A%C3%BC%C3%AE%C3%88%C3%B2%E2%89%A4%C3%8A%C3%B5%C2%A8%E2%80%B0%CF%80%E2%89%A5%C3%88%C3%BA%C3%BA++++-116900.html
and then redirects to a normal and working URL.

Does anyone have any experience with this and know what could be happening?

I think their url rewrite has some issue or site might got hacked.

Those are encoded urls. Nothing special. Have used earlier that trick on ppc camps for redirections.

I know that someone where I live is using this technique to get backlinks from sites like google. The structure goes like this: https:// example .com /url?q=https://www. target .com/

Could you explain how this method works where you encode urls? I searched in on the web, but can't find it anywhere. And how you get these links indexed?

Havent used seo for a while but this url structure is worth to test though. As i said i have used it on ppc ads. But ill fire up soon my tools to start generating doorway pages and will try the link structure.

Cse links and encoded are different. U can encode encode every link yourself but on CSE u can modify only small part.

They are generated with unique token if you modify they are rejected and i was answering to his 5th post not the 1st .

This is not an issue but if it is slowing the page speed then its https encryption and decryption that is causing it.
