instagram connected with facebook

Hey guys i have an old instagram account recently i connected it to new facebook account
but facebook account disabled and i can't disconnect from instagram
now the instagram account linked to the disabled facebook can i disconnect it? if not is it safe to use the instagram account ? Thank you

It is safe to use the Instagram account but I would disconnect it from the disabled Facebook if you still can
