When Sales Scripts Go Wrong!

Haha. I went through ovens' course and realised that's a complete ripoff made out of "My personal MBA" and "Rich Dad Poor Dad" books. One who reads a lot understands quite easily where all this bullshit in the courses comes from. Just yesterday I found someone using the exact Dan Lok's HTC program script (yeah, I have that course) and calling it their own life story. I was like dude, if I had followed that course, it would have been my life story too.

@TheVigilante

There is nothing that is original. Everyone learned from someone else. The same concepts apply in business and marketing. If someone can teach me something new that's all that matters.

@TheVigilante @Shubhankar Paranjape which guys do you recommend to learn from? I am reading books right now but to understand things like google or facebook ads, i think i will need to watch courses. Do you have any recommendation?

@TheVigilante

He always gave me a ripoff vibe, as do most gurus, so I just ignored his content. I'm glad someone confirmed my suspicions.

What topics are you interested in learning?

I can vouch for video marketing stuff if that is the route you are taking

Even though a fake guru, I do recommend Sam Ovens' courses to learn consulting, without any second thought.

While for Fb ads, I highly recommend Depesh Mandalia (another fake guru). His BPM system course+ CBO cookbook combo is quite amazing and filled with lots of knowledge which I personally learned from (and which helped me make over $150k revenue in one of my ecom stores in just one month)

I may be recommending fake gurus' courses here, but that's just because the content is really good- so as long as you get it for free, learn from them, don't throw a single penny in buying them or their private tutoring as indirectly you'd be encouraging their scams or fake guru business.

Dan Lok's students are psychologically forced into upsells when they join his HTC program, and many have reported to have lost $20k-25k over some bullshit which didn't help them in any way, or which can be found anywhere on the internet.

What I'm saying is- fake gurus are bad, not their courses. I'm more about creating awareness against them (just so you don't get scammed) instead of learning from their courses if you get them for free. Just don't pay them anything as everything of theirs is built on a lie. Look at Kevin David, faking screenshots in his ads and forgetting a comma after third digit in a 6-7 figure number. Or be it Tai Lopez renting Lamborghinis and random women around him to sell courses under guise of a rich lifestyle.

But anyway, it doesn't matter since we are all here to share everything for free.

Now, for learning fb ads, In case you don't have this above mentioned Depesh's stuff to learn from, let me know, I'll send you a mega link.

For consulting, Sam Ovens' Blueprint+ Accelerator courses are the best. (Will send if you don't have them)

While for google ads, state your purpose first- as google ads are used in different manner for different businesses. So maybe after learning what business you are in or what do you exactly need google ads for, I can help you with a good course, in a more accurate way.

I have heard Depeash Mandalia to be a great person when it comes to fb ads. Could you please share mega link for his CBO and updated course?
Would look forward.

I know you didn't ask me, but eh.. BLACKHATWORLD perhaps? So many gems about Facebook ads here, from pixels to targeting to adsets to everything else you need.

What's up with all the BHW members needing courses?

I guess he meant learning something in particular entirely from scratch instead of reading 50 different pieces on BHW from different people using different strategies, and making a single meaning out of it all. BHW is great when you want to learn/test single strategies mentioned in posts here, but if you want to learn something entirely from scratch to advanced, courses are more guided way to go through. POS, basics must be clear before you jump to these goldmine of posts in here.
