My deepest apologies. Reddit recently made huge changes to the properties, we were working on a fix for awhile I did think we had everyone refunded in our service portal, but it seems like yours was marked as refunded when it wasn't.
While we do have a new method, these links are now more time consuming than before, so our prices have risen to reflect that, unfortunately.
I'm so sorry your refund got missed and I can sympathize with how slowly this process has played out for you.
