Instagram help, please!!

Hey everybody, looking to get some quick nooby advice on instagram as i've been stuck for like two months. My account probably got shadowbanned due to advertising in comment sections and i'm trying to figure out a way around it. I don't run any bots or do any other shady stuff on this account and I just noticed the shadowban. Residential private proxies are way too expensive for one account so i'm kinda over that. Is there some quick fix or proxy i'm missing that I can buy to help combat this? Starting to think the type of proxy I've been looking at isn't needed and maybe overkill. Could really use some help to get me out of this rut i've been in. Feel like there's an easy solution i've been missing. Thanks

there is no .. way to remove shadow ban.
you have to wait 14 days to remove from instagram and your account will back in action
dont do again n again or else you will loose ur account,

you probably used hashtags a lot
-you should clear hashtags of the latest post
-do not use hashtags for awhile
-don't put many hashtags in your caption and use different ones in each post

If it's you main account, just use your home IP?

As for shadowban - engage with your followers as much as you can via DMs and in comments and sooner or later you'll be fine. Sometimes it takes a week, sometimes 3 months...

This. Just use the platform and i'll come back, but indeed you can't really expect a precise moment when it'll appear back again :/

Here's how you can try to get out of shadowban:
1. Disable your account for 72h at least
2. Enable it again and post something with caption and hashtags (not too many and not too big)
3. Run an ad to promote your post for 3 days with a budget of $6 (1-2$/day)
4. Start engaging with followers/following: like, comments, like comments and so on
And use your home IP or start looking for mobile proxies.
