What's your site niche?
There are some networks/exchanges that provide with AdSense and other networks demand, take in brand new sites, and approval is pretty fast.
The site has to be 'legit' though.

Why don't you try something else other then getting paid for clicks? How about selling an ebook say for example. Where is your traffic coming from?

I have a site that provides news and tips for people with a specific heallth condition. I applied for AdSense but was rejected because I had some duplicate content at the time. Will apply again but I've heard that health sites have trouble getting approved nowadays. So I am looking for other solutions. I'm getting about 100 visitors a day.
