As far as the quality goes, you can't expect the world for 25$ !
The equation is really simple, usually the more the backlinks they cost, the better they are.
I've never promised that the quality of my backlinks is going to be phenomenal... and quite honestly, you shouldn't expect it too.
Remember, this is a cheap service compared to the marketplace, so either use my service as a Tier 2 backlinks OR use it for a parasite to diversify the anchor text.
Again, expecting a 100$ backlink's quality by paying 25$ is completely wrong. I'm sorry if you've misjudged our service, and we're ready to offer you a refund. Please send us your PP email that you paid with.

Apparently, your keywords aren't super competitive and it should be easy to rank for them. Tell me, have you added other backlinks outside my service?
You see I can't promise an increase in rankings unless I have an idea about the full image that's going on right now. You gotta take into consideration on-page SEO, your overall backlink profile, your competitor's backlink profile, what kind of content is the best for your keyword (article, review, video...), latest Google updates... to maximize your chances of ranking.
