Can aynone help mee i have one question
If someone click my link register and confirms email and dont get the lead if he has registred from one other person who works with my network to ?
And if no is there any time or something it should pass lets say it needes 1 day or 1 week so this person who is registing needs to pas so it can give me the lead?

There's still no need for email confirmation, moreover not just the confirmation is not needed, but the email address is entirely optional when registering, one can register without it. With that said, an already used email address can't be used once more for registration. So if someone is already registered using an email address via someone else's affiliate link, he won't be able to register again with the same email address while using your affiliate link. If that's what you meant.
There's no time limit on this, once an email is used and the account is created, it's physically impossible to use it once again for registration. At the same time anyone can make a new account using a different email address. Some models utlize this to steal registrations from affiliates by telling them to register once again under their affiliate link and use this new account to tip them.

Otherwise, what TayaX said, if you're planning to trick the system, don't.

No no trick i asked only because i dont have much traffic at te moment and i write to people manualy and tell them to register . I cant eaven trick in my country i get 0.1 $ per lead its not worth to eaven try . But is there any sort of ip thing ( i mean the ip of the person can be used only 1 time in 1 week or something ) because after i tell them to register i ask for screenshot when i dont get the lead . And when i see that they have other verification emails from other sites i tell them to create one other email or use one that is freshh and not used and still dident get the lead i eaven tryed it by telling them to change from wifi to mobile data or vicesersa. And still . I just wanted to be clear because it happened 3 times to me only today that they registred and confirmed with new emails and still dident get the lead. I work with imonetize smartlink. And doing 40 $ week and to not get leads after i talk to them manualy is very demoralising . It makes me to stop working but i need this money

Oh ok, for some reason i assumed, you talk about Chaturbate.

The stat reporting is usually live at every network. When someone registers, you're supposed to see the conversion in roughly real-time. It can be different offer by offer, what counts as a new registration/lead. I think, you need to ask the ip limits from your affiliate manager.

I talk to this dude who is registred to someone other person smartlink . And i make him register through my smartlink to but with new email or not used one . Will i get the lead or i should not waste time with it anymore and skip to other ?

No, because they also track each user by IP.

2 things wrong:
- If someone is already registered, trying to make him create a new account is against the rules of every network.
- Talking to someone and asking him to register is gray area. If you promised them something in exchange it's called incentive and strictly forbidden by 99% networks.

You have great reason to fear for your account.
