Do you sell pirated or real software (assuming what you're selling is branded)?

Is it the real deal or fake copies of photoshop, XP, office, etc? I have access to all those at great prices, but really, it's too risky to sell fakes.

Smitty - Great to hear this. i have found a source that i can get them without ordering in bulk and not too badly priced. Not sure what your paying though. If anyone wants to work together pm me - i can fulfill your orders like a dropshipper so you dont have to spend thousands in bulk purchases from china. I'll have pics of them soon if you want to view or can send a sample as smitty says.

Is there a guide or something that gives info on replica market and

I have been looking at alibaba and other sites for months and its hard for me to take that first step with bulk buying and shipping. I was wondering if anyone had experiences with World Wide Brands?
 
BBW whole IMO is to find the low hanging fruit (so to speak) on eBay. But finding that niche may prove to be a more difficult task than you excepted since most of the wholesalers and dropshipper they list can't even compete with the insane low prices on eBay. Smitty has laid out a pretty flawless plan. Just follow the steps and be choosy about who you buy from.

I think everyone's best bet in terms of profitability is to buy direct from overseas manufacturers/dealers in China/HK as opposed to using a drop shipper in the US.

The only thing I would be scared of is requesting a sample from one of these overseas dealers, and they send you something that looks good so you order. Then when your bulk order arrives, it is shit (they pulled the ole bait 'n switch).

I guess if you purchase through Paypal or Escrow etc you will be somewhat protected but there's a zillion ways of getting screwed from buying overseas.

The bigger the risk, the higher the payout right? :cool:

Yea why would you want to work with someone that is in the same country as you?
Oh so maybe if you get scammed you can show up on there door step or maybe it would save you money on shipping or maybe maybe because you want to support america and all it's business - but yea you should order from someone a million miles away that does not even speak english, thats a good reason.
