why do you guys bother to promote windows PPI? They are basically full of adware and virus which just harm people's pc.
I rather lock the file with incentive cpa content locker than promote windows ppi.

Here is the list of best PPI or Pay Per Install Companies that are still working and legit:

1. cinstaller.com - connected to installcapital. Good PPl is hard to get to them as an advertiser
2. Installcapital.com - Same thing as cinstaller
3. PinapFile.com - Very bad ppl many viruses go in it
