Did you got any mail from google, for the reason of suspension? Did you got suspended for suspicious billing activity or advertising policies?

No mail, just message on the account: suspicious activity.

You can contact the adwords staff to verify the account and reactive it. Last year I have reactive more than 3 accounts and all case is suspicious billing activity.

Hmm, that seems risky i think. It will be used for BH-ads and i don´t want to draw attention. Easier to just start a new account and test the card again, don´t you think? - that is what i did - and it got accepted - just trying to warm the account with white hat now. The difference now is that i set up the account in the same country as the currency.

Don't forget your address, your card and login IP should be in the same region.
