I have a wiki system where the root page of the wiki will generate a table of contents. Each page inside this wiki has a table of contents which can be toggled. Clicking on one of these will bring you to the relevant page. SEO page scans with moz are reporting that these pages have too many internal links. I can understand why it is saying this. Does this mean a table of contents with 20 or so links is bad for seo even though it is very good for the user experience?
