It is possible to dropship from wayfair?

Hello,

maybe someone knows does wayfair offers white-labeling? What if I want to add some of their products to my store but they put their label on them? I tried to ask this question them, but they customer care is ridiculous, at first they gave me the email which I should ask this type of question and after I asked I got the email from them, that they do not have an answer to this question so they suggested to write up a business proposition and send it to their office.

Lol, white labeling as in, they put your brand on it and ship it? SMH.

You better have millions of dollars in sales before they would even consider such an idea. No they do not have such a program.

I was talking just about gift-shipping. Or it's possible to send the products to the clients and not putting "wayfair" label on it

You would have to receive the item, remove the label then ship to customer. TIME CONSUMING.
Just do it and see how far you get, you never know unless you try. Obviously if customers see that your selling wayfair stuff and charging an extra markup they could report your site to wayfair. But im sure if you can get very consistent sales they would talk to you. They are or where dropshippers, just cant remember their uprising.

I think ship it to Europe, remove the label and ship it back to US, would not be the best idea

I believe you can do that with Wayfair. However, most of their stuff is pricey... do you have a market for it with enough margin to be worth it?

I doubt that is possible unless you ship the items to yourself or another service, and then reship the item out again. Personally, I would find that too time consuming and what about if the customer wants to do a return?

Seems like more trouble than it is worth.

They don't do what you want but they have an affiliate program that pays 7% through Commission Junction.

But that wouldn't really help if you want it to look like the product came from your store, I guess.

I've contacted them and they said that they are not putting their label for bigger size products usually because they dropshipping those products themselves from other suppliers

Yes. overstock are good too with their rewards plan. I don't know about whitelabeling. but I use them to dropship on ebay

Majority of Wayfairs stock is bought in from other retailers and manufactures so chances of finding something white label from them are slim I doubt they would do anything like that you might find an affiliate scheme if they offer it.

The CS and IT departments are hardworking with high staff turnover I don't think I ever spoke to the same IT guy twice! I worked for a company they used to buy off and all they done was demand and shout, they wanted all of our internal systems and exports to change to match what their system has rather than the other way around.

They would refuse to take a standard csv file unless it was formatted to their own specs and then wanted insane stock updates..

As a company I hate them.

I think the best way to brand yourself is to use a separate fulfilling service. Your product will be received by them, repack with your label on the package and ship to the customers. You may need to spend some extra bucks but it worth branding your company.
