Yes, why a link would be willing to link you more than once? Think from a common sense viewpoint to make your assumptions.
In fact multiple backlinks to one site (too many), could be even more suspicious.
This is why self-PBN are not highly rewarding most of the times, although it's done, they are more worthy when linking to multiple sites.

What i wanted to say that all of these backlinks/websites links to my website only, not multiple times per page/website
like 1k websites have external backlinks to my website only, no others...

Ok, as I said use your common sense for this kind of questions. If you can trick slightly the algorithm, just slightly, is enough to bypass most of the times, the big risks.
Just link some other rep sites like wikipedia.

That should do the work indeed, but i got some of links (not 1k tho) with a single backlink to my money site.
I didn't got any bad impact until now, but i was wondering if someone had a good experience of such thing before.

If they are on purpose try to limit them as much as you can, to stay safe. Or if you can, just put another rep link. I'm talking domain-wise, not page-wise. If it page wise then forget about this, there is no problems to have just 1 link.
