$150 Instagram Mentoring - Worth it?

Hi!

I just yesterday purchased an IG account in the "teenage-girl-tiktok" niche. Everything went smooth and I now own the account. The guy who sold it to me is offering to teach me all he knows about IG growth for $150.

Do you think it's worth it? Or are there better courses on here that would offer better results? Is there even really anythings to learn aside from what can be found for free on youtube & co?

I know the basics of Instagram but that's it, no secret tactics or anything. Just hashtags and post timing etc...

Totally not worth it, he is just trying to get more money. Everything is available on the internet. I haven't paid a single cent for tutorials and I have grown plenty of pages with one of the best engagement.

I just want to make sure I don't drive the account right into the ground since I paid a good amount for it. Makes me afraid that I won't do something he was doing and lose the engagement. (Which is pretty good btw, ~600% at 10k followers)

So 10k followers and get really good engagement?

See where this engagement comes from.

If it comes from hashtags use the same ones or test better ones. Do some hashtag research.

If it comes from explore thats great. It means that the accounts easily hits explore - just ride the wave. Find other viral content to post that will get even more exposure on explore.

As your account already has great exposure don't ruin it by doing other shady stuff.

Probably you can find 90% of the same informations for free. IG ain't exactly high science, more regular hustle and personal talent at producing content.

How much did you pay for the account?

Is it worth knowing how to build them yourself?

If that is worth more than $150 to you then yes pay him and learn, if not then no.
